It’s the little things in life that I’m thankful for. The other day as I was driving back home, I was greeted by this view of the Blue Ridge Mnts. I pulled over to the side and just enjoyed the crisp cold air. I didn’t take my camera out for a bit, simply because I forgot I even had it with me. I spend a good portion looking at things and framing them for a photograph, even as I’m driving, I’m always thinking of ways to frame a scene.. weird I know. But when I saw this view, I just had to stop and enjoy it for what it was before worrying about the right fstop and shutter speed.

There’s a very small window of light just before darkness that offers the most amazing light for photography, it only last 15-20mins if you’re lucky. When I pulled over to the side, I walked down the side of the road and noticed these things that remind me of Dandelions when they are all fuzzy and floating around. I don’t know what these are called, but the way the sun was hitting them was great and I tried to capture that.
